In that spirit, this week we worked with a dental consultant in a process of continuous improvement. We carefully analyzed many of the systems we have in place that supports the care we give to our patients&#8230; we worked to organize our communication with our patients as to their personal dental plans&#8230;and we worked to improve our follow through with treatment recommendations to the benefit of our patients.
